Founded in 2000 by three Vietnamese refugees, ICAN’s mission from the start has always been to raise the next generation of caring, strong leaders.
Focusing on prevention and early intervention, ICAN aims to raise community awareness and provide education on issues, especially ones considered controversial or taboo within the Asian-American community.
