MALBA Museum acquires Antonio Pichillá's work, Buenos Aires

MALBA Museum announces the incorporation of three works of indigenous art. One of them is Abuelo (2014) by the Mayan Tz'utujil artist Antonio Pichillá. The piece is an artisanal textile whose technique was learned from his grandmothers to ensure the continuity of life and preservation of the Mayan tradition.
