In the eighth edition of ARTBO | Fin de Semana 2024, Galería Elvira Moreno presented the solo exhibition 'The Immemorial. Luis Fernando Zapata' from April 12 to 14, 2024.
Our represented artists, Luis Fernando Ramirez and Federico Ovalles, exhibited at the component: Intervención of ARTBO | Fin de Semana, which proposed a commercial exhibition titled 'Contextualismo and vulnerabulidad' curated by Ana María Lozano, researcher and curator of Colombian contemporary art, and teacher.
"Our historical moment reminds us that it is not the strongest who survive but the vulnerable ones who know how to associate. From that perspective, 'Contextualismo y vulnerabilidad' constitutes a dialogic temporal zone in which the selection of works violates their autonomy and individuality to establish dialogues with the building, its circumstances, and the other works".
