'The gap in the discourse'; precisely, the piece consists of a self-interview that I did about, let's say, the nature of the piece itself; that is, in the interview I was talking to the camera about what the video itself would be like, the idea of the piece, etc. Then I eliminated all the words said in the edition and left only the moments in which one doubts what one is going to say, those indecisions in the speech in which one is looking for the most precise idea or the most appropriate word. In other words, the video is a succession of these hesitant moments where the person utters sounds like: ehhhh...., hmmmm, etc. The idea is to locate the meaning of the discourse in moments of doubt or uncertainty: quite the opposite of what happens in political or scientific discourse, for example, in which spaces of doubt or indecision are unacceptable."
